The proposed project consists of: (1) An existing 10.5-foot-high by 86.5foot-long concrete dam with a 20-footwide concrete apron; (2) an existing 3foot-wide by 4-foot-high wooden stopgate positioned in the east bank of the dam; (3) a 10.62-acre impoundment; (4) an existing 20-foot-wide by 30-footlong powerhouse; (5) an existing generator with installed capacity of 150 kilowatts (kW); (6) an existing 150 kW turbine; and (7) an existing trashrack of unknown dimensions. The proposed project consists of an existing dam, generating equipment, and powerhouse which ceased hydropower generation in early 1990. Hydraco proposes to restore these facilities. o. Conference

June 22, 2005.
    As announced in the Notice of Technical Conference issued on June 
17, 2005, a technical conference will be held on June 30 and July 1, 
2005, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to discuss Entergy Services, Inc.'s 
(Entergy) proposal to establish an Independent Coordinator of 
Transmission (ICT). The conference will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 
p.m. (c.s.t.) on June 30, and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on July 1. The 
conference will be held in the Egyptian Ballroom of the Hotel Monaco,
