(EPM). Tennessee requests that the negotiated rate arrangement between Tennessee and EPM become effective on July 15, 2005.     Take notice that on June 15, 2005, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company 
(Tennessee) tendered for filing a negotiated rate arrangement between 
Tennessee and El Paso Marketing, L.P. (EPM).
