MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The
Commission will consider and act upon
the following in open session: Secretary
of Labor v. Calmat Company of Arizona,
Docket No. WEST 2004–86–M. (Issues
include whether the Secretary had
jurisdiction to cite the operator for
alleged violations occurring on a private
road appurtenant to a mine, and, is so,
whether the operator had notice of the
Secretary’s jurisdiction.)
TIME AND DATE:

Requests for copies must be
received in writing on or before August
15, 2005. Once the appraisal of the
records is completed, NARA will send
a copy of the schedule. NARA staff
usually prepare appraisal
memorandums that contain additional
information concerning the records
covered by a proposed schedule. These,
too, may be requested and will be
provided once the appraisal is
completed. Requesters will be given 30
days to submit comments.
