SUMMARY: The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) is soliciting 
public comments on the proposed information collection described below. 
The proposed information collection will be sent to the Office of 
Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the provisions 
of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
