Carolina Electric & Gas Company
requests Commission authorization to
permit Beau Ideal, LLC to use project
lands and waters for the installation of
a concrete boat ramp and a multi-use
docking facility designed to
accommodate 32 boats, and the
excavation of 395 cubic yards of lakebed
material. The proposed ramp and
docking facility would provide
recreational boating access to Lake
Murray for homeowners in a new
residential development to be known as
Cherokee Shores. The new subdivision
will be located off Old Cherokee Road
in Lexington County, South Carolina.
