Delaware Water Gap National
Recreation Area Citizen Advisory
Commission was established by Public
Law 100–573 to advise the Secretary of
the Interior and the United States
Congress on matters pertaining to the
management and operation of the
Delaware Water Gap National
Recreation Area, as well as on other
matters affecting the recreation area and
its surrounding communities.

of the Great Sand Dunes National Park
Advisory Council, which was
established to provide guidance to the
Secretary on long-term planning for
Great Sand Dunes National Park and
Preserve.

Meeting
Notice is hereby given in accordance
with the Federal Advisory Committee
Act that a meeting of the Na Hoapili O
Kaloko Honokohau, Kaloko-Honokohau
National Historical Park Advisory
Commission will be held at 9 a.m.,
August 12, 2005 at Kaloko-Honokohau
National Historical Park headquarters,
Kailua-Koho, Hawaii.
The agenda will be on discussions on
the proposed recommendations for the
Live-In Cultural/Education Center.
The meeting is open to the public.
Disabled persons requiring special
assistance should contact the
Superintendent at (808) 329–6881 ext. 7,
7 days prior to the meeting.
Minutes will be record for
documentation and transcribed for
dissemination. Minutes of the meeting
will be available to the public after
approval of the full Advisory
Commission. Transcripts will be
available after 30 days of the meeting.

Notice is hereby given that a
complaint was filed with the U.S.
International Trade Commission on May
19, 2005, under section 337 of the Tariff
Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C.
1337, on behalf of Broadcom
Corporation of Irvine, California.
Supplements to the complaint were
filed on June 7 and 10, 2005. The

complaint as supplemented alleges
violations of section 337 in the
importation into the United States, the
sale for importation, and the sale within
the United States after importation of
certain baseband processor chips and
chipsets, transmitter and receiver (radio)
chips, power control chips, and
products containing same, including
cellular telephone handsets, by reason
of infringement of claims 1–5, 7, 8, 13,
14, and 16–19 of U.S. Patent No.
6,374,311, claims 1, 4, 8, 9, 11, 14, and
17–24 of U.S. Patent No. 6,714,983,
claim 2 of U.S. Patent No. 5,682,379,
claims 8–11 and 13 of U.S. Patent No.
6,359,872, and claims 33, 35, and 38 of
U.S. Patent No. 6,583,675. The
complaint further alleges that there
exists an industry in the United States
as required by subsection (a)(2) of
section 337.
The complainant requests that the
Commission institute an investigation
and, after the investigation, issue a
permanent exclusion order and a
permanent cease and desist order.

confidential information contained
