open to the public. Written statements
may be filed with the Board either
before or after the meeting. Individuals
who wish to make oral statements
pertaining to the agenda item should

Requests must be received five days
prior to the meeting and reasonable
provision will be made to include the
presentation in the agenda. The
DeputyDesignated Federal Officer is
empowered to conduct the meeting in a
fashion that will facilitate the orderly
conduct of business. Individuals

be provided a maximum of five minutes
to present their comments.

ACTION:
On June 8, 2005, the Department of
Energy published a notice of open
meeting announcing a meeting of the
National Petroleum Council 70 FR
33464. In that notice, the meeting
scheduled on June 22, 2005, was
scheduled to start at 9 a.m. Today’s
notice is announcing that due to the
exceptional circumstance of an
unforeseen and unavoidable scheduling
conflict the meeting will start at 7:30
a.m.

AGENCY:
SUMMARY: In compliance with the
requirements of section 3506(c)(2)(a) of
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(Pub. L. 104–13), the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (Commission) is
soliciting public comment on the
specific aspects of the information
collection described below.
DATES: Comments on the collection of
information are due August 26, 2005.
