AGENCY:
SUMMARY: An open meeting of the Area
5 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be
conducted. The Taxpayer Advocacy
Panel is soliciting public comment,
ideas, and suggestions on improving
customer service at the Internal Revenue
Service.
DATES: The meeting will be held
Monday, July 11, 2005, at 2 p.m. Central
Time.

Burden Reduction Committee of the
Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be

The Department of Veterans Affairs
gives notice under Pub. L. 92–463
(Federal Advisory Committee Act) that
the Special Medical Advisory Group
will meet on July 7, 2005. The meeting
will be held in Room 830 at VA Central
Office, 810 Vermont Avenue, NW.,
Washington, DC. The meeting is open to
the public.
The purpose of the Group is to advise
the Secretary and Under Secretary for
Health on the care and treatment of
disabled veterans, and other matters
pertinent to the Department’s Veterans
Health Administration (VHA). The
agenda for the meeting will include
discussions on mental health, budget,
research, Capital Asset Realignment for
Enhanced Services (CARES), academic
programs in transition, and returning
service members.
