Security, as part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork and respondent
burden, CBP invites the general public
and other Federal agencies to comment
on an information collection
requirement concerning the Foreign
Trade Zone Annual Reconciliation
Certification and Record Keeping
Requirement. This request for comment
is being made pursuant to the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub.

aspects of the information collection.
The comments that are submitted will
be summarized and included in the CBP

Abstract: Each Foreign Trade Zone
Operator will be responsible for
maintaining its inventory control in
compliance with statue and regulations.
The operator will furnish CBP an annual
certification of their compliance.
Current Actions: There are no changes

the expiration date.

change).
