We accept the tariff sheets filed by certain PJM transmission owners (the PJM TOs) in Docket No. ER05–513–000, subject to further compliance filing, to establish the general methodology for recovery of costs incurred under the RTEP process. And we accept and suspend, to become effective June 1, 2005, subject to refund and to the outcome of a hearing, the filing by another group of TOs in Docket No. ER05–515–000 to establish a formula rate for recovery of transmission costs, including RTEP costs.
