Take notice that on May 31, 2005, Gas Transmission Northwest Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1–A, Twenty-First Revised Sheet No. 15, to become effective June 1, 2005. GTN states that this sheet is being filed to reflect the continuation of a negotiated rate agreement pursuant to evergreen provisions contained in the agreement.     On May 24, 2005, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (Natural) 
filed, in the above-docketed proceeding, an emergency request for 
reconsideration of the Commission's order setting for hearing the issue 
of appropriate hydrocarbon dew point (HDP) safe harbor level on 
Natural's system. On May 31, the Commission issued a notice shortening 
the period for filing answers to Natural's request to June 2, 2005. On
