    Take notice that on May 20, 2005, Questar Pipeline Company 
(Questar), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First 
Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on Appendix 1 to the 
filing, with an effective date of June 21, 2005.
    Questar states that this filing reflects various redundant language 
and grammar cleanup, miscellaneous corrections and clarifications. 
Questar states that minor provisions have been added.
    Questar state that copies of this filing were served upon Questar's 
customers, the Public Service Commission of Utah and the Public Service 
Commission of Wyoming.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
