SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The FAA proposes to rule and invites public comment on the application 05–05–C– 00–MSO to impose and use PFC revenue at Missoula International Airport, under the provisions of 49 U.S.C. 40117 and part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR part 158). On May 23, 2005, the FAA determined that the application to impose and use the revenue from a PFC submitted by Missoula County Airport Authority, Missoula International Airport, Missoula, Montana, was substantially complete within the VerDate jul<14>2003 16:14 May 27, 2005 Jkt 205001 requirements of § 158.25 of part 158. The FAA will approve or disapprove the application, in whole or in part, no later than August 24, 2005. The following is a brief overview of the application. Level of the proposed PFC: $4.50. Proposed charge effective date: October 1, 2005. Proposed charge expiration date: June 1, 2007. Total requested for use approval: $2,339,144. Brief description of proposed projects: Rehabilitate Taxiways ‘‘D’’ and ‘‘G’’; Acquire Passenger Loading Bridges; Acquire Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Vehicle; Extend Taxiway ‘‘A’’ and Rehabilitate and Extend Taxiway ‘‘F’’; Acquire Snow Removal Equipment; Update Airport Layout Plan and Conduct Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) part 150 Noise Study; Construct Access Taxiway; and Enhance Terminal Security Screening Checkpoint. Class or classes of air carriers which the public agency has requested not be required to collect PFC’s: Air Taxi/ Commercial Operators (ATCO) filing FAA Form 1800–31.
