SUMMARY: The FAA is issuing this notice
to advise the public of a meeting of
RTCA Special Committee 203,
Minimum Performance Standards for
Unmanned Aircraft Systems and
Unmanned Aircraft.
DATES: The meeting will be held June
21–23, 2005, starting at 9 a.m.

disapprove the application, in whole or
in part, no later than September 3, 2005.
The following is a brief overview of
the application.
Level of the proposed PFC: $3.00.
Proposed charge effective date: May 1,
2006.
Proposed charge expiration date:
September 1, 2009.
Total requested for use approval:
$3,300,000.
Brief description of proposed project:
Acquisition of Terminal Building
Passenger Loading Bridges.
Class or classes of air carriers which
the public agency has requested not be
required to collect PFC’s: None.
Any person may inspect the
