in part, no later than August 16, 2005.

the application.

January 1, 2012.
Proposed charge expiration date:
August 1, 2015.

construct Runway 5/23 extension, noise
compatibility program, extend Taxiway
P, runway and taxiway signage, terminal

relocation, security gate upgrade,
rehabilitation of Runway 13L/3R, and
land acquisition for Runway 13R/31L.
