Notice of Complaince Filing
May 20, 2005.
Take notice that, on May 17, 2005,
East Tennessee Natural Gas, LLC (East
Tennessee) submitted a compliance
filing pursuant to the Commission’s
November 26, 2004 Order in the abovecaptioned docket.
East Tennessee states that copies of
the filing were served on parties on the
official service list in the abovecaptioned proceeding, as well as all
customers and interested state
commissions.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.
