Law 108–12 authorizes the Commission
to extend the time during which the
licensee is required to commence the
construction of the project for three
consecutive 2-year periods beyond June
26, 2001. The Applicant accordingly
requests that the deadline for
commencement of project construction
be extended to July 25, 2007, and that
the deadline for completion of
construction also be extended.

notice that on May 20, 2005, members
of its staff will participate in a
conference call on Congestion Revenue
Rights (CRR) Study 2, hosted by the
CAISO. The call will discuss the process
for submitting short-term CRR
nomination requests and answer
participants’ questions.
Sponsored by the CAISO, the meeting
is open to all stakeholders, and staff’s
attendance is part of the Commission’s
ongoing outreach efforts. The meeting
may discuss matters at issue in Docket
No. ER02–1656–000.
