    Take notice that on May 16, 2005, El Paso Natural Gas Company 
(EPNG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second 
Revised Volume No. 1A, Sixth Revised Sheet No. 2, to become effective 
June 17, 2005.
