Take notice that on May 13, 2005,
Trailblazer Pipeline Company
(Trailblazer) tendered for filing its
Penalty Revenue Report. Trailblazer
states the purpose of this filing is to
inform the Commission that Trailblazer
collected no penalty revenues in the
quarter ended March 31, 2005.
Trailblazer states that copies of the
filing are being mailed to its customers
and interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will

filing to become part of its FERC Gas
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the
following tariff sheets to be effective
June 15, 2005:
TransColorado states that the purpose
of this filing is to supplement
TransColorado’s tariff provisions as
contained in section 8.4 of the general
terms and conditions to provide for
reservation charge adjustments in the
event TransColorado fails to confirm
certain nominated primary firm
volumes under contract.
TransColorado states that a copy of
this filing has been served upon all of
its customers and effected state
commissions.
