SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
FHWA, in cooperation with the
Missouri Department of Transportation
(MoDOT), prepared a final EIS for a
project that has been proposed to
improve the transportation system in
the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri. The Notice of
Availability for the New I–64 EIS
(volumes 1 and 2) was published in the
Federal Register on April 15, 2005 (70
FR 19951). The end of the official
comment period was to be May 20,
2005. However, the comment period has
been extended to June 20, 2005.

contains a summary of certain petitions seeking relief from specified
requirements of 14 CFR. On January 13, 2005, a notice was published of
a petition seeking relief from the requirements of 14 CFR
25.841(a)(2)(ii). By a letter dated March 4, 2005, the petitioner
submitted additional information that indicated that it would also be
