Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute 30 Revised Sheet No. 66A, 
proposed to be effective on April 1, 2005.
    Northern states that it is filing the above-referenced tariff sheet 
in compliance with the Commission's April 27, 2005 Letter Order,
