Algonquin states that the purpose of this filing is to update its system map, in accordance with section 154.106 of the Commission’s regulations, 18 CFR 154.106, reflecting Algonquin’s principal pipeline facilities and the points at which service is rendered under the tariff. Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214).
