removing a 12.46-acre area of land
located near the Upper North Fork
Feather River Project’s reservoir (Lake
Almanor). Removal of this land, which
consists of land within a residential

development and an adjacent road, is
not needed for project purposes.

SCG Pipeline, Inc. (SCG) tendered for

the interconnection between SCG and
