    Take notice that on April 29, 2005, Canyon Creek Compression 
Company (Canyon) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become 
effective June 1, 2005:

    Canyon states that the purpose of this filing is to make a periodic 
adjustment in Canyon's rates under its cost-of-service tracking 
mechanism.
    Canyon states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its
