Take notice that on April 29, 2005, Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, LP (Panhandle) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on the filing, with an effective date of June 1, 2005. Panhandle states that the filing is being made in compliance with the Commission’s letter order dated May 31, 2000 in Docket No. RP91–229–029. Panhandle states that copies of the filing were served on all affected customers, applicable state regulatory agencies and parties on the official service list in the above-captioned proceeding. Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
