    Take notice that on April 29, 2005, Northern Natural Gas Company 
(Northern), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth 
Revised Volume No. 1, Tenth Revised Sheet No. 66C, with an effective 
date of May 30, 2005.
    Northern further states that copies of the filing have been mailed
