Enbridge KPC further petitions the Commission for a grant of limited waiver from section 23.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Enbridge KPC Tariff, as well as any other waivers of the Enbridge KPC Tariff that the Commission deems necessary, to allow the out-of-cycle FRA Filing to become effective on June 1, 2005.     Take notice that on April 29, 2005, Gulfstream Natural Gas System, 
L.L.C. (Gulfstream) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 1, Original Sheet No. 8.01o, reflecting an 
effective date of June 1, 2005.
    Gulfstream states that the purpose of this filing is to implement a
