AGENCY: SUMMARY: The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on proposed and continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3507.     The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under the 
Public Law 92-463 (Federal Advisory Committee Act) that the Advisory 
Committee on CARES Business Plan Studies has changed the meeting 
previously scheduled at the Municipal Auditorium, 310 East 3rd Street, 
Big Spring, TX 79720, on Friday, May 13, 2005, from 8 a.m. until 12 
noon and from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., to Wednesday, May 18, 2005, from 8 
a.m. until 4 p.m., same location. The meeting is open to the public.
    The purpose of the Committee is to provide advice to the Secretary 
of Veterans Affairs on proposed business plans at those VA facility 
sites identified in May 2004 as requiring further study by the Capital 
Asset Realignment for Enhanced Services (CARES) Decision document.
