    Take notice that on April 11, 2005, Dauphin Island Gathering 
Partners (Dauphin Island) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Twenty-First Revised Sheet No. 9, 
to become effective May 11, 2005.
    Dauphin Island states that this tariff sheet reflects changes to
