    Take notice that on April 8, 2005, Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP 
(Cove Point) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become effective 
May 1, 2005:

    Cove Point states that these sheets are being filed in compliance 
with the Commission's ``Order Issuing Certificate'' issued November 18, 
2003 in Docket No. CP03-74-000, 105 FERC ] 61,234 (2003). Cove Point 
indicates the tariff sheets set forth the initial incremental rates and 
electric power cost tracker provision. Cove Point also states that the
