MRT requests that the Commission accept and approve the transaction to be effective May 1, 2005. (Freeport LNG), 1200 Smith Street, Suite 600, Houston, Texas 77002, filed in Docket No. CP03–75–002, a petition to amend the Commission order issued June 18, 2004, pursuant to section 3 of the Natural Gas Act. Freeport LNG states that it seeks to modify the diameter of the 9.6-mile send-out pipeline from 36inches to 42 inches to accommodate future expansion of the Freeport LNG import terminal facilities.
