tendered for filing additional

Commission’s Order Accepting and
Suspending Tariff Sheets, Subject to
Conditions and Further Commission
Action, issued on March 23, 2005, in
Docket No. RP05–172–000.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.

CenterPoint Energy—Mississippi River
Transmission Corporation (MRT)
tendered for filing and approval a
negotiated rate agreement between MRT
and Laclede Energy Resources, Inc. for
parking service under Rate Schedule
PALS. MRT requests that the
Commission accept and approve the
transaction to be effective May 1, 2005.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to

intervention or motion to intervene, as

Take notice that on April 1, 2005,
Freeport LNG Development, L.P.
(Freeport LNG), 1200 Smith Street, Suite
600, Houston, Texas 77002, filed in
Docket No. CP03–75–002, a petition to
amend the Commission order issued
June 18, 2004, pursuant to section 3 of
the Natural Gas Act. Freeport LNG states
that it seeks to modify the diameter of
the 9.6-mile send-out pipeline from 36inches to 42 inches to accommodate
future expansion of the Freeport LNG
import terminal facilities.
This petition is on file with the
Commission and open to public
inspection. This filing is available for
review at the Commission in the Public
