On March 27, 2003, Southern California Edison Company, licensee for the Portal Project No. 2174, filed an application for a new or subsequent license pursuant to the Federal Power Act (FPA) and the Commission’s regulations thereunder. Project No. 2174 is located on Camp 61 Creek and Rancheria Creek in Fresno County, California. The license for Project No. 2174 was issued for a period ending March 31, 2005.
