The Pre-Announcement meeting will be held 1 p.m. EDT, May 26, 2005, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202. River Transmission Corporation (MRT) tendered for filing as part of its 
FERC Gas Tariff Third Revised Volume No. 1, Third Revised Sheet No. 
226B, to remove the remaining portion of its tariff provisions 
implementing the CIG/Granite State \1\ policy, to be effective April 
17, 2005.
