Take notice that on March 31, 2005,
Northern Natural Gas Company
(Northern) tendered for filing to become
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised
Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets
proposed to be effective on April 1,
2005:

Transportation Rate Discount
Agreement with The Board of Trustees
of University of Illinois.
