SUMMARY: The Department of the
Treasury, as part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork and respondent
burden, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on proposed
and/or continuing information
collections, as required by the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Pub.
L. 104–13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)).
Currently, the IRS is soliciting
comments concerning Publication 3319,
Low-Income Taxpayer Clinics—2002
Grant Application Package and
Guidelines.
Written comments should be
received on or before June 6, 2005 to be
assured of consideration.

requirements of the IRS Low-Income
Taxpayer Clinics (LITC) program and
provides instructions on how to apply
for a LITC grant award. The IRS will
review the information provided by
applicants to determine whether to
award grants for the Low-Income
Taxpayer Clinics.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the publication at this
time.
