Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on
Appendix A to the filing, to become
effective April 1, 2005.
Algonquin states that the purpose of
this filing is to implement the
negotiated rate transactions for
transportation service to be rendered to
United States Gypsum Company;
Middleborough, MA, Gas and Electric

England Gas Company—Rhode Island
and New England Gas Company—North
Attleboro and to clarify the sheet
number references for the maximum
recourse rates applicable to the small
customer rate schedules.

an existing negotiated rate service
agreement between ANR and Wisconsin
Public Service Corporation.
ANR requests that the Commission
