    Take notice that on March 11, 2005 Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company 
(Tennessee) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth 
Revised Volume No. 1, revised Tariff Sheet No. 413A requesting an 
effective date of April 1, 2005.
    Tennessee states that it is tendering the referenced tariff sheet 
to reflect the name change of ``AES Londonderry, LLC'' to ``Granite 
Ridge Energy, LLC''.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance 
with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18
