AGENCY: SUMMARY: In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is announcing its intention to request renewed authority for 30 CFR 955 and the Form OSM–74, Certification of Blasters in Federal program States and on Indian lands. DATES: Comments on the proposed information collection must be received by April 22, 2005, to be assured of consideration. ADDRESSES: Comments may be mailed to John A. This notice identifies an information collection that OSM will be submitting to OMB for approval. This collection is contained in Form OSM–74 which incorporates the requirements of 30 CFR 955. OSM will request a 3-year term of approval for each information collection activity.
