Take notice that on March 9, 2005,
Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company,
LP (Panhandle) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third
Revised Volume No. 1, the revised tariff
sheets in Appendix B attached to the
filing, to become effective April 1, 2005.
Panhandle states that the purpose of
this filing, made in accordance with
section 24 (Fuel Reimbursement
Adjustment) of the General Terms and
Conditions in Panhandle’s FERC Gas
Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, is
to replace Appendix B, Page 6, which
contained an incorrect amount for the
projected annual throughput for the
Market Zone.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
