Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and
§ 225.41 of the Board’s Regulation Y (12
CFR 225.41) to acquire a bank or bank
holding company. The factors that are
considered in acting on the notices are
set forth in paragraph 7 of the Act (12
U.S.C. 1817(j)(7)).
The notices are available for
immediate inspection at the Federal

Office of the Secretary (OS), Department
of Health and Human Services, is
publishing the following summary of
proposed collections for public
comment. Interested persons are invited
to send comments regarding this burden
estimate or any other aspect of this
collection of information, including any
of the following subjects: (1) The
necessity and utility of the proposed
information collection for the proper
performance of the agency’s functions;
(2) the accuracy of the estimated
burden; (3) ways to enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and (4) the use of
automated collection techniques or
other forms of information technology to
minimize the information collection
burden.

Prevention Communication Formative
Research.

Use: This information will be used as
formative research to develop messages
and materials in support of the
development of disease prevention and
health promotion information,
including the 2005 Dietary Guidelines.
It is necessary to obtain consumer input
to better understand the information
needs, attitudes and beliefs of the
audience in order to tailor messages, as
well as to assist with clarity,
understandability and acceptace of
prototyped messages and materials. This
generic clearance request describes data
collection activities involving a limited
set of consumer interviews, focus
groups, Web concept testing, and
usability and effects testing of
prevention content.

occasion.
