Changes in FERC Gas Tariff
March 3, 2005.
Take notice that on February 28, 2005,
Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company,
LP (Panhandle) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third
Revised Volume No. 1, the revised tariff
sheets listed on Appendix A attached to
the filing, to become effective April 1,
2005.
Panhandle states that the purpose of
this filing, made in accordance with
section 24 (fuel reimbursement
adjustment) of the General Terms and
Conditions in Panhandle’s FERC Gas
Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, is
to update the fuel reimbursement
percentages proposed to be effective
April 1, 2005.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
