Take notice that on February 28, 2005, Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (Algonquin) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on Appendix A to the filing, to become effective April 1, 2005. Algonquin states that the purpose of this filing is to modify its tariff to remove outdated provisions related to the implementation of the requirements of Order Nos. 636, et seq. on its system.     Take notice that on February 28, 2005, Colorado Interstate Gas 
Company (CIG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First 
Revised Volume No. 1, Thirty-Sixth Revised Sheet No. 11A, to become 
effective April 1, 2005.
    CIG states that the tariff sheet is being filed to revise the fuel 
reimbursement percentage applicable to Lost, Unaccounted-For and Other 
Fuel Gas.
    CIG states that copies of its filing have been sent to all firm 
customers, interruptible customers, and affected state commissions.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
