Take notice that on February 4, 2005,
Canyon Creek Compression Company
(Canyon) tendered for filing its revenue
crediting report for the calendar year
2004 pursuant to section 36 of the
General Terms and Conditions of its
FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume
No. 1.
Canyon states that copies of the filing
are being mailed to its customers and
interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to

AGENCY:
SUMMARY: There will be a 2–day meeting
of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide,
and Rodenticide Act Scientific Advisory
Panel (FIFRA SAP) to consider and
review [a comparison of the results from
1– or 2–year dog studies on pesticides
with dog studies of shorter duration].
DATES: The meeting will be held on May
5 –6, 2005, from 8:30 a.m. to
approximately 5 p.m, eastern time.
Comments: For the deadlines for the
submission of requests to present oral
comments and submission of written
comments, see Unit I.E. of the
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.
Nominations: Nominations of
scientific experts to serve as ad hoc
members of the FIFRA SAP for this
meeting should be provided on or before
March 22, 2005.
Special seating: Requests for special
seating arrangements should be made at
least 5 business days prior to the
meeting.
