SUMMARY: NMFS is closing directed fishing for groundfish with non-

species catch (PSC) limit that is specified for the RKCSS of the BSAI.

DATES: Effective 1200 hrs, Alaska local time (A.l.t.), March 8, 2005, 
through 2400 hrs, A.l.t., December 31, 2005.
