considered, they will discuss what
kinds of impact topics should be
included in the Environmental Impact
Statement. The public is invited to
provide comments to the Advisory

At its April 28 meeting, the Great
Sand Dunes National Park Advisory
Council will meet to review NPS
preliminary findings on impacts and
costs of general management plan
alternatives, and will discuss what
factors should be considered when the
NPS selects a preferred alternative. The
public is invited to provide comments
to the Advisory Council between 4 and
4:30 p.m. The April 28 meeting will be
held at the Baca Grande Property
Owners Association Building, 68575
County Road T, which is located four
miles west of the town of Crestone on
County Road T, immediately after the
golf course on the north side of the road.

Notice of meeting.
Notice is hereby given that a
meeting of the National Capital
Memorial Advisory Commission (the
Commission) will be held on Tuesday,
March 15, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., at the
National Building Museum, Room 312,
401 F Street, NW., Washington, DC.
The purpose of the meeting will be to
discuss currently authorized and
proposed memorials in the District of
Columbia and its environs. In addition
to discussing general matters and
conducting routine business, the
Commission will review:

(1) Site Selection Study, Vietnam
Veterans Memorial Education Center.
(2) Legislation currently under
consideration by the 109th Congress.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Commission was established by Public
Law 99–652, the Commemorative Works
Act (40 U.S.C. Chapter 89 et seq.), to
advise the Secretary of the Interior (the
Secretary) and the Administrator,
General Services Administration, (the
Administrator) on policy and
procedures for establishment of, and
proposals to establish, commemorative
works in the District of Columbia and its
environs, as well as such other matters
as it may deem appropriate concerning
commemorative works.
The Commission examines each
memorial proposal for conformance to
the Commemorative Works Act, and
makes recommendations to the
Secretary and the Administrator and to
Members and Committees of Congress.
The Commission also serves as a source
of information for persons seeking to
establish memorials in Washington, DC,
and its environs.
The members of the Commission are
as follows:

Chairman, American Battle Monuments
Commission.
Chairman, Commission of Fine Arts.

Act, Pub. L. 92–463, that a meeting of
the Selma to Montgomery National
Historic Trail Advisory Council will be
held Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 9
a.m. until 3:30 p.m., at the Performance
Art Centre of Selma, Inc. in Selma, AL.
The Selma to Montgomery National
Historic Trail Advisory Council was
established pursuant to Pub. L. 100–192
establishing the Selma to Montgomery
National Historic Trail. This Council
was established to advise the National
Park Service on such issues as
preservation of trail routes and features,
public use, standards for posting and
maintaining trail markers, and
administrative matters.
The matters to be discussed include:
(A) Review of last meeting Minutes
(B) 40th Anniversary Updates
The meeting will be open to the
public. However, facilities and space for
accommodating members of the public
are limited and persons will be
accommodated on first come, first serve
