Rates AMD Tariff Sheets Into Effect
March 2, 2005.
Take notice that on February 28, 2005,
Southern Natural Gas Company
(Southern) tendered for filing to become
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Seventh
Revised Volume No. 1, the following
tariff sheets, effective March 1, 2005:
Substitute Sixty-Fourth Revised Sheet No.14
Substitute Eighty-Fifth Revised Sheet No. 15
Substitute Sixty-Fourth Revised Sheet No. 16
Substitute Eighty-Fifth Revised Sheet No. 17
Substitute Forty-Eighth Revised Sheet No. 18
Substitute Seventh Revised Sheet No. 20
Substitute Sixth Revised Sheet No. 21
Substitute Fifth Revised Sheet No. 25
Southern further states that the
substitute sheets enclosed in Appendix
A to its filing modify the suspended
sheets to remove the cost of facilities not
in service by the end of the test period.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
