The Administrator, Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), denied a petition for trade adjustment assistance (TAA) for seed potatoes that was filed on January 13, 2005, by the Spokane Hutterian Brethren, Reardan, Washington. Upon investigation, the Administrator determined that imports for the February–May 2004 marketing year declined by 20 percent from the same period in 2003. Since imports declined during the marketing year, the petition did not meet the increasing imports requirement, a condition required for certifying a petition for TAA. AGENCY: ACTION: SUMMARY: Deciding Officers in the Eastern Region will publish notice of decisions subject to administrative appeal under 36 CFR parts 215 and 217 in the legal notice section of the newspapers listed in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section of this notice. As provided in 36 CFR 215.5(a) and 36 CFR 217.5(d), the public shall be advised through Federal Register notice, of the principal newspaper to be utilized for publishing legal notices of decisions. Where more than one newspaper is listed for any unit, the first newspaper listed is the principal newspaper that will be utilized for publishing the legal notices of decisions.     The Administrator, Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), denied a 
petition for trade adjustment assistance (TAA) for seed potatoes that 
was filed on January 13, 2005, by the Spokane Hutterian Brethren, 
Reardan, Washington.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Upon investigation, the Administrator 
determined that imports for the February-May 2004 marketing year 
declined by 20 percent from the same period in 2003. Since imports 
declined during the marketing year, the petition did not meet the 
increasing imports requirement, a condition required for certifying a 
petition for TAA.
