educational use. The reference
coordinates for Channel *240A at Otter
Creek, Florida are 29–16–52 North
Latitude and 82–51–42 West Longitude.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or
before April 11, 2005, and reply
comments on or before April 26, 2005.
