Project on July 27, 2000. The PAWG
advises the BLM on the development
and implementation of monitoring plans
and adaptive management decisions as
development of the Pinedale Anticline
Natural Gas Field (PAPA) proceeds for
the life of the field.
At their second business meeting, the
PAWG established seven resource- or
activity-specific Task Groups, including
one for Air Quality. Public participation
on the Task Groups was solicited
through the media, letters, and word-ofmouth.
The agenda for this meeting will
include information gathering and
discussion related to implementation
and funding of the adopted air quality
monitoring plan for the Pinedale
Anticline gas field. At a minimum,
public comments will be heard just
prior to adjournment of the meeting.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the
Federal Land Policy and Management
Act and the Federal Advisory
Committee Act of 1972, the U.S.
Department of the Interior, Bureau of
Land Management, New Mexico
Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will
meet as indicated below.
DATES: The meeting dates are April 13–
14, 2005, at the Sally Port Inn, 200
North Main, Roswell, New Mexico. An
optional field trip is planned for
Tuesday, April 12, 2005. The public
comment period is scheduled for April
12, 2005, from 6–7 p.m. at the Sally Port
Inn. The public may present written
comments to the RAC. Depending on
the number of individuals wishing to
comment and time available, oral
comments may be limited. The three
established RAC working groups may
have a late afternoon or an evening
meeting on Wednesday, April 13, 2005.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The 15member RAC advises the Secretary of
the Interior, through the Bureau of Land
Management, on a variety of planning

public land order insofar as it affects
approximately 340 acres of National
Forest System land withdrawn for
campgrounds, recreation areas, and
other public purposes.

204 of the Federal Land Policy and
Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C.
1714 (2000), it is ordered as follows:

revoked insofar as it affects the
