announces that the Veterans Benefits
Administration (VBA), Department of
Veterans Affairs, has submitted the
collection of information abstracted
below to the Office of Management and

required to provide current medical,
educational, and occupational history in
order to determine whether he or she is
unable to secure or follow a
substantially gainful occupation due to
service-connected disabilities.
An agency may not conduct or
